Hi! My name is Yves Eggleston, and I started Blueprint Construction in 2004. I began with painting projects, and quickly expanded as I secured contracts with major retailers like Sears, Lowe’s, and Home Depot. I then transitioned to larger-scale residential and commercial renovations.

Since 2013, I have predominantly focused on managing new construction projects, including custom homes, multi-unit buildings, semi-detached homes, and small commercial projects. I take on a limited number of projects at a time, allowing me to focus all my energy on managing each project with the utmost attention to detail and dedication.

I generally work on projects ranging from $500,000 to $4,000,000, with my comfort level extending up to $5 million. Staying within this range ensures that I can confidently manage each project, drawing on my extensive experience.

I offer project management services with a transparent management fee ranging from 10% to 20%, depending on the project's size and scope. This fee covers the project manager's time, overhead, and profit. My approach is fully open-book and transparent. Passing all contractor pricing and discounts directly to my clients. I charge a fixed fee for the entire project, with all other expenses billed at cost.

I can assist from the design and permit stages through construction to occupancy, or step into ongoing projects that need additional management support. My commitment is to provide honest, transparent and reliable project management services for all your construction needs.

On a personal note, I have lived in Ottawa my whole life and have a deep appreciation for this city. I am a proud husband and father of two.
