My journey in construction began in 2005. I only take on a limited number of projects at a time and by staying small, I can focus on your project. I’m on-site in person to keep an eye on every detail, ensuring that the work happening behind the walls is just as solid as the work you see on the outside.

Also, I believe in a fully "open-book" and transparent approach where I only charge a fixed management fee and every receipt, discount, and quote is shared with you directly. Everything is billed at cost, no hidden markups, no surprises.

On a personal note, I’ve lived in Ottawa my whole life, I’m a proud husband and a father of two, and I treat every project with the same care I’d put into my own home.

I’m proud to say I’ve been doing this right since 2005. I’ve never walked away from a project or left a client hanging. Also, I’ve never had to shut down only to reopen under a different name or been involved in any type of litigation. In fact, I’ve had the exact same phone number and email address for over 20 years.

Construction isn't always perfect, and not every project goes exactly to plan, but I will always stand by your side and get us to the finish line. Because of this, I’ve never had to do much advertising. You won't see Blueprint signs on front lawns or find us on social media, I’ve always believed that if you do the right thing, word-of-mouth is the only marketing you need.

We help steer drawings, engineering, and permits, and flag the real-world details that paper plans miss.

3. A Budget You Can Trust

No mystery markups. Trusted trade quotes near the end of design, then a clear final budget before we build.

4. The Build & Timeline

We run the site day to day: trades, inspections, supplier pricing, and a timeline you can plan around.

5. Honest After-Care & Warranty

Small issues show up after handover on almost every job. We don’t disappear. We get the right people back to fix them.

6. Financing

Because the same private lenders have financed Blueprint jobs before, there is real trust on both sides. We can often help move financing along quickly without the usual bank runaround.
